This project involved the demolition of the existing Block K and the development of a purpose-built facility to enhance vocational training in the region.

The scope of work included:

  • Construction of a new carpentry workshop equipped with modern tools and machinery.

  • Development of classrooms and accessible amenities to support inclusive education.

  • Upgrades to existing storage facilities, including wall framing and cladding enhancements.

  • Installation of new services infrastructure, encompassing sewer and stormwater systems.

  • Creation of asphalt driveways, car parking spaces, external pathways, retaining walls, and landscaping to improve campus accessibility and aesthetics.

This project was delivered under strict compliance with educational infrastructure standards, ensuring a safe and functional environment for both students and staff.

The Ironman House

Located on the Mountain Slopes of the 12 Apostles in Camps Bay, the Iron Man House showcases ultimate super luxury in construction and is an exceptional example of the design and engineering achievements of our time. With breathtaking views, opulant finishes and eliptical design lines, the Iron Man House was constructed entirely from organic off form concrete and is a design and construction masterpiece.
